Today at Enrich We had new High interest stations which were science physics with Katie, 3D drawing with Darryn and Fibonacci maths with Alana.
Can you guess which one I did?
I did 3D drawing with Darryn!!!
We drew boxes. Now if you are thinking "boxes are easy to draw" think again because we had to go through a lot of steps to draw these boxes. Mine are down below
Hello hello hello! I'm Olivia and I am a year 6. I go to Enrich, (the best school EVER) and I like Mental edge games the best out of our domains. High interest stations again
Today at Enrich we were doing high interest stations again, and for biology we made a comic life with some of the Dinoscope photos we took last week. Mine is down below.
I put in the flies leg, wing, another leg, head and wing with the body.

High interest stations
Today at Enrich there was some noise that sounded like "eeeeewwwww" and "I'm going to be sick"
What was going on?
It was high interest station time and people were doing chemistry, art and science. Well it was not really science because we were using the dinoscopes to magnify house flies.
We took the flies apart as well. I was one of the ones who was saying yuck, in fact I was the only one saying yuck believe it or not.
It was fun anyway
One dinoscope photo of the fly me and Natasha pulled apart is up above
See you next week
Bye

making light...
Today at enrich the chemistry group made a mini lightbulb out of:
A pencil lead.
A cut toilet paper roll.
A small glass jar.
Two pieces of wire one red one black with a piece of the same coloured rubber also on each there is a Aligator clip tied to the end with the rubber over it.
and a small pie dish.
In my group there was Tessa, Madeleine Natasha and don't forget Me! One of the three groups actually lighted. Our one did go but instead the lead blew up.

Make a mini mural
Today at enrich we got into groups to make a mini mural that is got kiwiana, Southland or Invercargill icons in it.
In my group was Natasha, Amy, Clara, Jemmimah & Me.
In one of the pictures we put John Keys head on a sheep, gum boots on a takahe and Amy drew a hole and in it we put a cut out of Henry the tuataras head. We also coloured in the background and the grass. The grass took a long time to colour in.
It made a good plan for a mural

Last day of the term
Today at enrich we did an assessment on term 2. Mine is up above. We also did a game called the hoop game. The hoop game is when you get into a group of three or four and when someone claps you all hold hands and jump with your feet together but if you don't land at the same time or take your feet apart your group has to go back to the start.
